Founded by Mike McCabe, RBCO Inc. specializes in high-end remodeling in the Park City area. With over 35 years in the construction industry, Mike brings extensive experience to his clients. Starting as a carpenter in Southern California, he later earned a degree in construction and ran his own remodeling firm, working on prestigious homes in Newport Beach and Corona del Mar. His passion for mountains and skiing led him and his family to Utah, where he now focuses on projects in Park City and Deer Valley.

While Mike has experience in custom home building and commercial construction, his true passion lies in remodeling. He enjoys collaborating with clients to transform their spaces into beautifully updated homes.

Mike holds weekly meetings with clients to discuss project progress, budgets, and timelines, ensuring transparency and preventing surprises. Integrity and transparency are core values, and Mike carefully value-engineers every project to ensure the budget is used effectively.

Superintendent Duke

Duke was the original site superintendent and, without question, the legend of the role. From his very first day on the job, he brought unmatched charisma to every RBCO jobsite. His presence is woven into the company's story. Duke passed away on July 6, 2026, leaving behind a legacy and a job title that will be hard to top. He is missed dearly, but never forgotten.

Superintendent George

George is RBCO's newest site superintendent, keeping a watchful eye on every jobsite he visits. Known for his steady presence and friendly demeanor, George has quickly become a favorite among the crew. Always ready with a wagging tail and a good instinct for who needs a morale boost. He's stepping into big paws, but he's earning his stripes every day.
